Shipping policy

Once you have placed an order with Truly Cutesie we start processing orders for shipping and handling immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order once it has processed.

You will receive a shipping notification within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-5 days to be shipped via Royal Mail or any other logistics partner. International orders may take a bit longer.

PLEASE ensure you enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order.

Truly Cutesie is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partners system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics hands, you must contact your courier partners office for help.

Once we hand over to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you!  However, we will do our best to try. If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner or Royal Mail which ever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.
